  2. Select the account by clicking the button, for which you possess the Debit card linked with your bank account, and click Proceed.
  3. Now, the State Bank of India’s ATM card Validation screen will appear
  4. Select the Active ATM card and click on the ‘Confirm’ button.
  5. Here, you need to Enter the card details like Valid To/Expiry Date, Card Holder Name, ATM PIN, etc., and click the Proceed button
  6. If the validation is successful then the Confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.
  7. Now, you will receive an SMS containing a 10-digit IRATA reference number on your new mobile number.
  8. Visit any State Bank Group ATM, swipe your card, select the ‘Services’ tab and input your 4-digit PIN.
  9. Now, select the Others option and then select the Internet Banking Request Approval option.
  10. Enter the 10-digit reference number.

    • Visit your Home Branch. You need to ask for a KYC application form to update your Mobile number. Fill the application form and submit it to a bank representative.
