  4. Select the Active ATM card and click on the ‘Confirm’ button.

  6. If the validation is successful then the Confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.
  7. Now, you will receive an SMS containing a 10 digit IRATA reference number on your new mobile number.
  8. Visit any State Bank Group ATM, swipe your card, select the ‘Services’ tab and input your 4-digit PIN.
  9. Now, select the Others option and then select the Internet Banking Request Approval option.
  10. Enter the 10-digit reference number.

  9. The Contact Center will verify your identity over a call by asking for certain information.
